Sarah Palin: Occupy Wall Street wants their own bailout

Submitted by admin on Fri, 11/04/2011 - 13:31

On the video below, Sarah Palin says that Occupy Wall Street wants their own bailout, just like Wall Street. While I haven't heard any of them say that they want, for instance, a cash payment from the government, I guess if you squint just the right way what she said might be partially true.

Their "bailout" might consist of things like forgiving student loan debt. It might also consist of ncreasing government spending on the quaternary and quinary (or further) sectors of the economy that #OccupyWallStreet are primarily involved in.

Sara Palin wants to know where the OWS protesters have been for the past three years, and suggests that they travel south to Washington DC and camp out at the White House due to Obama being "pals" with Wall Street. Unfortunately, she doesn't explicitly say something like "Obama's palling around with banksters".

Then, she tries to present the Tea Party "patriots" as the pro-American alternative, when they aren't. Some in OWS and maybe one or two in the teapartiers might actually mean well, but both groups are having their strings pulled by the elites and many OWS policy ideas (to the extent that they've articulated any) and most teapartier policy ideas would have a negative impact on the U.S.
